EvoHeat Force-AI 40kW Three-Phase

EvoHeat Force-AI 40-3 Three-Phase Heat Pump

The EvoHeat Force-AI 40-3 represents the pinnacle of commercial-grade residential pool heating. Boasting a massive 40kW thermal output, this three-phase full DC inverter heat pump is engineered for large pools, commercial aquatic setups, high-demand spa combinations, and challenging cold-climate environments. Driven by artificial intelligence and high-efficiency inverter hardware, the Force-AI 40-3 delivers 365-day climate control while lowering electricity consumption by up to 30% compared to standard inverter units.

Designed for properties with 380–415V three-phase electrical infrastructure, the unit splits its substantial power demand evenly across three lines—ensuring stable operation, zero switchboard strain, and maximum energy savings.

Key Features:

• High-Capacity 40kW Thermal Output: Ideal for large volume pools (up to 120,000+ Litres) or commercial applications needing fast heat recovery and reliable year-round performance.
• AI Predictive Energy Optimization (COP up to 22.4): Integrated artificial intelligence continuously analyzes ambient weather trends, adjusting fan and compressor frequencies to deliver maximum water warmth with minimum electrical draw.
• Balanced Three-Phase Efficiency: Operating on 380–415V 3-Phase power ensures lower running amperage per phase, extending internal component lifespans and keeping heavy power draws off single-phase household circuits.
• Stepless Full DC Inverter Technology: Automatically scales operational speeds in real time to hold water temperatures precisely within 0.1°C of your setpoint, avoiding energy-wasting start/stop power spikes.
• 4G Cloud Connect & Remote Assist: Built-in cellular SIM connectivity works right out of the box—no Wi-Fi pairing or network range extenders required. Monitor and tweak settings from anywhere using the smartphone app.
• Dual Heating, Cooling & Auto Modes: Protect your pool from winter freezes and manage peak summer heatwaves with automatic dual temperature control.
• Solar PV Smart Optimization: Built-in programmable timers seamlessly sync operations with home solar arrays or off-peak tariff windows to maximize free solar energy utilization.
• Whisper-Quiet Operation: Features aerodynamically designed dual fan blades and sound-dampening compressor insulation to achieve sound levels as low as 36 dB(A) in Silent Mode.
• Marine-Grade Build & R32 Refrigerant: Built with a titanium tube-in-PVC heat exchanger, durable weather-resistant cabinetry, and eco-friendly R32 refrigerant.

Why Choose the EvoHeat Force-AI 40kW Three Phase?

• High Thermal Output (40kW Capacity): Ideal for extra-large residential pools (80,000L to 130,000L+), boutique commercial pools, or high-volume pool/spa combinations.
• True Year-Round Swim Season: All heat pumps lose heating efficiency as outdoor air temperatures drop in winter. The extra 40kW heating buffer ensures you maintain a comfortable 28°C–30°C swim temperature even in single-digit winter ambient conditions (-15°C minimum operating threshold).
• Fast Heat Recovery: Rapidly brings pool water to set temperature or boosts an attached spa in minutes rather than hours.
