Returns Policy - Satisfaction Guarantee
We stock quality pool and spa equipment and supplies from the most renowned manufacturers in Australia and the world and we are confident that you will be very pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued to the full amount paid for the product excluding shipping.
Note: If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, a different policy applies. See bottom of this page for details.
Conditions:
- You must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us.
- The product must be returned in good condition.
- Powdered or liquid chemicals cannot be returned if they are no longer in their original sealed condition.
- Products damaged because of incorrect use, negligence or misuse will not be accepted.
- All components, accessories and original packaging must be returned.
- Made-to-order or bulky products can not be returned for change of mind or incorrect measurement.
- A copy of the original receipt must be included with the return.
- Products must be shipped or returned to our Lynbrook VIC warehouse at your cost.
Made-To-Order and Bulky Products:
Products marked as "made-to-order" or "bulky" can not be returned for change of mind or incorrect measurement. Contact us for assistance on (03) 8769 7321 or through our "contact us" form before ordering them. Examples of these products are pool covers, pool liners, acoustic boxes, slides, jumping boards, sand filters, and heat pumps among others.

Steps For Returning a Product:
To return a product simply follow the steps below:
- Submit your details using the Returns Form or contact us on (03) 8769 7321 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Pack the product in the original packaging and include all of its components and accessories as well as a copy of the original receipt.

- Ship the product to us at your own cost.
- Once your product is received, the return will be processed within 10 business days and a refund or exchange will be issued. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method used to make the purchase and can take 1 - 5 business days to be received.

Returns Policy for Faulty or Incorrect Products
We will replace at our expense, any incorrect product supplied by our mistake and any product that is found to be faulty

- The product must be returned in the same conditions it was received.

Steps to return a faulty or incorrect product:

- Pack the product in the original packaging and include all of its components and accessories as well as a copy of the original receipt and affix the pre-paid label
- Drop the parcel at any Australia Post Post Office.
- Once your product is received, the return will be processed within 3 business days and a new replacement will be shipped
